I am so bad at updating my blog.
B is now 3 and we just found a preschool that is like the one I went to, and B loved. He'll start in March, I need to give my nanny about 4 weeks notice. B is growing up so much. He talks in sentences, he can count, identify some letters, ride his big boy bike with training wheels, swim a little and eating really great.
L will be 7 months in a few days. He is sitting up well, rolls around when on the floor, and plays so cute. He eats 2 meals of solids a day and really loves some and dislikes some too.
I've been trying to make a huge effort to eat healthier and lose more of the baby weight that has remained on me. With L - I gained 60 lbs, and lost 30 right away, and I've been trying to lost that last 20 or so lbs.
I've got a huge addiciton to pinterest too. Here is a link in case you want to follow me:

My pins show how much of a recipe addict I am. I have way too many cookbooks and now I have so many boards on pinterest just for recipes.

Bad blogger still
I am a very bad blogger. I have not updated in nearly 3 months.
Our diet ended well, D lost the most, at I think 25lbs and I lost 15 lbs.
I like my new job more than I did when I last posted, the people I work with are so nice, I am making lots of new friends at work, which is cool - since I am new to the area.
B is walking and is getting so big, he is now 15 months almost 16 months, time is flying by. We had a nice Easter, B had fun hunting for eggs, I will post a pic of him on Easter in the next day or so.

My life has been crazy
So starting right before B hit 4 months his sleeping went crazy, he went from sleeping through the night to waking as often as every 1 1//2 hours. I was losing my mind - Thank God I was not working. This continued until about a week and a half ago. So roughly 2 months straight of waking up every few hours, it did get to be closer to 4 hour intervals, but still was rough.
At 5 1/2 months I decided it was time to start B on solids. I looked up online and found this sample menu, I was starving my son. No wonder he was waking to eat so often.
I started B slowly on cereal for week then the next week added vegetables and jumped right into the above schedule.
The meals helped, but what really helped was the transition from sleeping in our bed to moving him to the crib and letting B cry it out.
I did not want to try the cry it out method, I hate to hear my son cry. It worked though. B now sleeps through the night again. I am one happy momma.
I also got a *tip* from my great Aunt that I think helped - I feed B cereal for breakfast and for dinner. B gets Oatmeal cereal for dinner then nurses, I think this helps fill him up for longer.
